Every package is a single resource. Drop it in, ensure it, restart. Where a map needs a game build, its page says so.

What to put in the first message

Four lines, and the first reply is usually the fix rather than a question.

About support itself

How fast do you actually answer?

Median first reply is under two hours during European daytime and under twelve overnight. Every ticket gets a reply, including the ones that turn out not to be our bug.

Do I need to own a map to open a ticket?

Yes. A ticket is attached to a product on your account so the builder can open the right files before reading your message. Pre-sale questions belong in Discord, billing in email.

Can you help with edits I made myself?

We support the package as shipped. If you rebuilt part of it in your own map editor we will still look and tell you what broke, but we cannot maintain your version.

What happens if the map is genuinely broken?

We fix it and push the update to everyone who owns it. If it does not load as documented and we cannot fix it within 72 hours, the 7 day guarantee covers a full refund.

Which language should I write in?

Whichever is easiest for you. We read it and reply in English, which keeps the thread readable for whoever picks it up next.
